The venue is very rural and isn't served by public transport. It's about 1 hour's drive south of Exeter; 2.5 hours from Bristol, and 4 hours from Heathrow airport.
For out-of-towners, a rental car will be key if you want the freedom to explore! If you'd prefer to leave driving on the left to someone else, let us know; we're happy to help organise car pools or shuttles.
If you are coming in your own car, there's plenty of parking at the venue - but if you'd rather enjoy some champagne and not worry about navigating tiny country lanes, we can organise shuttles to Salcombe or other nearby accommodation. There are also several local taxi companies.

Exeter is located on the motorway network (M5) so is easy to get to by car from London (Heathrow ~ 3 hrs) or more northern locations. The train station connects to Bristol, London and beyond. It also has a small regional airport with direct connections to London City, Manchester, Dublin and Amsterdam among many others. Avis, Budget, Europcar and Hertz all have offices at the airport.

Like Exeter, Bristol is easily accessible by car or train from London or the north. For people coming from the States, Bristol airport has connections to Dublin as well as occasional flights direct to Orlando. Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz and others all have offices at the airport.

The journey to the farm is via small, unnamed back roads and mobile/cell coverage can be spotty. We recommend route-planning ahead of time just in case. The postcode covers a wide area so beware of following in-car Sat Nav / GPS! If you search Google Maps for "East Soar Outdoor Experience", it pinpoints the venue perfectly.
Broadly speaking: follow the M5 south beyond Exeter and continue when it becomes the A38/Devon Expressway. Continue on the A38 for roughly 18-20 miles. There are two possible routes from the A38; either exit on the A385 towards Totnes, or the A3121 toward Ermington/Modbury/Yealmpton.
On either route, you want to head for Kingsbridge / Salcombe and end up on the A381, which runs to the west of Kingsbridge leading to the town of Malborough. In Malborough, turn right onto 'Higher Town' - this will lead you out of the village past the imposing C13th/C15th church. Head straight as you exit the village, and bear left when the road splits and you see signs for Soar Mill Cove Hotel to the right. Continue along this road until you reach a large (National Trust) gravel car park. You will see a gate to the left with a sign for East Soar Outdoor Experience. Continue along the farm track past Bolt Head Airfield. This will take you right to the venue.
